Dr. Paglia completed her undergraduate training in pre-med at Providence College and earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

​​​​​​Dr. Paglia is an active member of the American Association of Cosmetic Dentists, Massachusetts Dental Society, Worcester Dental Society and American Dental Association.

In her free time, Dr. Rebecca loves to spend time with her husband Jake and  2 daughters, Sophie and Anya. 

Dr. Robert Paglia has been a lifetime resident of Marlborough, MA.  Dr. Paglia graduated from St. Bonaventure University in 1965 with a B.S. in biology.  He followed in his father's footsteps and attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he graduated in 1970. He was a member of the Delta Sigma Delta dental fraternity.

Dr. Robert has been in private practice for 40 years.  He was fortunate to work with his father for 20 years before his father retired and now is proud to welcome his daughter, Dr. Rebecca into the practice.  Dr. Robert has served as an instructor for the Assabet Valley Dental Assist program.  He has served on many panels related to restorative and practice management throughout the years.  Dr. Robert has been very active in his community.  He has been a member of the Mass. Dental Society, Worcester Dental Society and American Dental Association. He has been recognized as a top leader in this community for dental care by the Metrowest Reader's Choice awards and has won top honors in the town of Marlborough and the region for the past ten consecutive years.  Dr. Robert has been active in the community, especially the school system where he has volunteered his time with sealant programs and in the elderly community doing oral health care screenings. Dr. Robert has been happily married to his wife, Nancy, for 41 years and has three children.

Dr. Zachary Kano has a true passion for the field of endodontics and has been practicing in dentistry for over twenty years. 

Dr. Rosa Calcano's distinguished career in dentistry began in her native Dominican Republic, where she graduated as a Dentist. Her journey continued when she was accepted into Boston University, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree in 1996. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Calcano has been a dedicated practitioner in the field of cosmetic dentistry, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in oral healthcare. Over the last five years, she has expanded her expertise by delving into the complexities of sleep apnea and its intricate relationship with the growth and development of the mouth. Dr. Calcano's multifaceted approach to dentistry showcases not only her proficiency in cosmetic dentistry but also her dedication to addressing critical aspects of overall health and well-being. This unique blend of international education and a comprehensive understanding of dental health positions Dr. Rosa Calcano as a seasoned professional, offering holistic care that spans both aesthetic and functional dimensions of dentistry.

Dr. James Cruz earned his B.S. in Biochemistry from Arizona State University in 2015, and joined the Peace Corps right afterwards, living in Cambodia from 2016-2018. 
 
Dr. Cruz earned his D.M.D from Tufts University in 2022, and is an active member of the Massachusetts Dental Society. He is trained in plain language health education and offers proficient, compassionate care.  
 
He also makes good sourdough bread, and has a maltipoo named Taro, who is available for office visits upon request.

Taro is a 10 pound maltipoo, rescued from Houston, TX at about age one. Since then, he has been the best friend of Dr. Cruz and his fiancée, Joanna. His hobbies include walks, pets, and his favorite avocado plushie. 
 
He enjoys sitting on patient’s laps, and can be available on request.
