Invisalign aligners

While Invisalign aligners themselves do not stain, you may see in increase in tooth discoloration while wearing them.  In most cases, Invisalign aligners do isolate teeth from potential staining but, the aligner do not completely seal the teeth from liquids getting in. There is a little space between the aligners and your teeth where staining can occur because dark beverages may sit under the aligner. It is advised to avoid dark beverages or foods while wearing the aligners. A straw may be helpful in avoiding staining of the teeth and aligners while undergoing treatment as a straw will limit the exposure of these liquids against the teeth.  At the end of all comprehensive cases, we offer a free take home bleaching kit to brighten back up those pearly whites!
